Little Miss Drama

Spending my weekend…oh my!

on December 18, 2006

Akala ko since it was Thursday, it would be our scrabble night. After all, that’s how I usually spend my Thursday nights after a week of working my ass just to get project updates. Mali pala. Kasi gusto palang lumabas nung “malas” kong kaibigan na according to Candy eh swerte na ngayon. LOL.

So at around 11pm, Jay called at the flat to ask me to prepare kasi dadating na rin ang malas kong friend just to change tapos dadaanan na lang daw nila kami ni Joan.

As usual, sa Rockbottom ulit kami pumunta. Sarado na kasi yung L.A.B. eh. After quite a few bottles of beer plus “the bullfrog”, I knew hindi ko na kaya. Hiniritan pa ‘ko ng malas kong friend about her leaving me here at ipinagbilin na daw nya ko sa parents nya. Wala na. I, once again, became THE drama queen. No matter how I tried to control myself from crying, my active hormones added to whatever I was feeling that night. And my friends? They kept on laughing.

When we got home at around 4am, I knew I couldn’t stay long at the lobby anymore. Hindi ko na talaga kaya.

And dun na nangyari ang eksena sa pelikulang “Banyo”. I was unaware that I was already sobbing too much, loud enough for everyone in the flat to hear.

Nakaka-offend ka na!” while he was changing my clothes. Ganyan talaga pag may gay friend. May taga-bihis. LOL.

The next day…may best drama actress na for MMFF. Namumugto pa ang mata. Hahaha!

And nung gabi? Christmas Party ng Technip so party ulit! =) And of course, I can’t leave the part about “Farra”. Just ask my malas friend how cute this guy is. Hehehe. =p

And right after that, back to Rockbottom na naman to drink again. Pero this time, no more bullfrog. No more drama. Beer lang the whole time and food trip lang at 4am. =p

It was an exhausting weekend…

MIRAGE

Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a persistent one. So get a few laughs and do the best you can. Don't have an ideal to work for. That's like riding towards the mirage of a lake.
