The 75 metre Anastasia has six decks and is currently on sale for nearly $170m.

75 metre (248ft) Anastasia will arrive to Dubai on the 15th of February and stay for an entire month as it showcases its grandeur at the Dubai International Yacht Show.

Currently on sale for $169, 170,000, she will be the biggest boat that the yacht show has ever had.

The luxury super yacht can reach top speeds of 18 knots and runs at a gentle 15 knots when cruising. Both its interior and exterior was designed by Australian yacht designer Sam Sorgiovanni.

She sports a total of six decks and six double cabins which can comfortably accommodate 12 guests.

The split-level master suite boasts a study are and 180 degree views through a semicircle window.

Anastasia’s main saloon features an aquarium that separates the lounging and dining area, which has twelve casual place settings encircle the light eucalyptus table.

The serving array includes a full bar that comes complete with copper tiles and Cesar stone.

Anastasia’s main feature is the main saloon lounge that is fully equipped with a surround sound system, lasers and lights that transforms the entire space into the yacht’s own nightclub, which is 30 metres in length.

In contrast, there are plenty of balconies where guests can seclude themselves one of the many sun beds and a fully equipped gymnasium located on the sun deck.

Half of the lower deck is dedicated to the storage of sports equipment. Hullside doors fold down to assist with the launching but also provide balconies over the sea.

Anastasia is equipped with four jet skis, four wave-runners, underwater scooters, deep sea finishing tackle and state-of- the art dive gear.

There are four tenders, including limousines and jetski transporters, which are all equipped with navigation and communication links. The Nitrox scuba systems with underwater communication are yet another detail.

In addition to the medical facility, the lower deck is equipped with a cinema and the latest electronics equipment.

Anastasia’s sun strand caters to the previous owner’s wish for a “beach house” effect.

Anastasia’s Captain and crew face an enlarged, beam-wide, 7-screen set of instruments. These encompass 30” full color versions for navigation and communication paraphernalia.

Her upper saloon features a game-room with carpet over bamboo floors and a ceiling of bamboo and rattan.

Edmiston, a Monaco based yacht sales and charter company, will have Anastasia available to charter from December 1, enabling guests to sail around some of the Maldives 800 uninhabited islands, for a cost of $883,000 per week.
