Cream Dory Fillet with Garlic Aioli Recipe

on March 19, 2014

It was Monday again and I had no baon (packed food ) for work. I had to come up with something easy and fast to cook. What came to mind was my remaining dory fillet. Initially, I thought of mixing it with some mushrooms but eventually I opted to just have a garlic aioli (close to garlic mayo) with it along with mashed potato.

For the dory fillet

Ingredients:

6 pcs of dory fillet (2 pcs will be for my baon)

Garlic powder

Spanish paprika

Pepper

Japanese style bread crumbs

Egg, beaten

Salt (Optional. I’ve never liked salty food so normally I don’t put salt even on fish if I can avoid to.)

Directions:

Sprinkle the fillet with garlic powder, paprika, pepper (and salt if you must).

Dip the coated fillet in a bowl of egg.

Put the Japanese bread crumbs in a resealable plastic.

Put the coated fillet dipped in egg inside the plastic with the bread crumbs and shake to get an even coating of the crumbs on the fish.

MIRAGE

Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a persistent one. So get a few laughs and do the best you can. Don't have an ideal to work for. That's like riding towards the mirage of a lake.
